Returns Policy

Bring Queer was founded to improve the equality of our schools, with at least 50% of the profits going towards this goal. If your item is not faulty, we would ask you to consider regifting the item rather than returning it, as every return takes away from our charitable goals.

Should you be unhappy with your item for any reason, you are able to return the item within 14 days. To initiate a return, you must email hello@bringqueer.com quoting your order number. We will advise you where your return is to be sent. Please note, you are required to pay for the return postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. We do not refund the return postage unless we have made an error on the order.
